If any of our products proves faulty (except for abuse or normal wear), please return it. We will inspect it and determine the proper correction or credit amount. Non-faulty equipment may be returned in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a full in-store credit or a refund minus a 10% restocking charge. All credit card refunds are required by banking rules to be made to the same card used to make the original purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Firefly Scoring apparatus carry a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. After one year, minor repairs will be subject to a $50 flat repair fee (subject to change).
